We believe it's important to foster the love of Spanish in young children but learned that finding quality Spanish books is a struggle for many parents in the US. Enlingos was created to service the gap that exists in the current market for quality language books and makes learning Spanish fun.
To serve customers, we partner with international and local publishers that work with Spanish-language authors and English translations. We select captivating, culturally relevant and diverse content that engages young hearts and minds in not only learning Spanish but also building a love of our heritage and appreciation for the heritage of others.
Currently, our books are best for children 0-7 years old.
We offer customers a flexible pricing plan depending on the number of children, type of books and length of subscription. Customers can select an a-la-carte one-time delivery of books or can subscribe for longer.
Our selection is primarily based on offering the type of books personalized to your readers and the selection will vary based on preferences. Depending on the type of order, the number of books will range from 2 to 5.
For a one-child box, you can select to receive 3 board books, 2-3 picture books (either 2 hardcover or 1 hardcover and 2 softcover), or a mix of 3 books (board book and hardcover picture books).For a multi-children box, you’ll receive a selection of 5 books. Depending on the ages of the children this will include a mix of board books and picture books (both soft and hardcover).
Our book selection starts with our carefully curated library. Our book selection process focuses on finding books based on high language quality, engagement and educational value to young readers. We spend hours carefully reading, reviewing and selecting which books make it into our collection.
From there, we take a cue from you. Your personalized quiz results along with your reviews of books we send are the most important factors that go into creating your unique box. As your child grows so will the level of the books we share with you.
Our goal is to offer you as much flexibility to meet the needs of your family. If you would like to place a one-time order with us, you can choose to have only 1 box sent. No subscriptions, no commitment. You can re-purchase whenever you like and you'll never receive the same book twice.
If you would like to continue getting our great selection of stories for your readers you can select our standard monthly subscription service which will send you a box of books each month or every 2 months. You can cancel easily at any time or update your delivery preferences.
Gift orders work very similar to standard subscriptions except for some added touches that make them extra special. Gift orders can come as either one-time box purchases, a limited 3-months-of-books (3 consecutive months of boxes) purchase or a limited 6 months (6 consecutive months of books) purchase.
Each box in the order comes gift-wrapped for the recipient. The first box in the set will include a small gift and a handwritten note to the receiver from the sender.
Gift boxes will be charged the total price up front for all months, and are not eligible for cancelation. All gift boxes include free shipping.
Enlingos is here to offer you flexibility without long-term commitment. If you've made a past purchase and would like to place a new order you don't have to worry about receiving repeat books.
Our management system keeps track of every book we've ever sent you via your email address. With any new orders you can be assured that you'll only receive new titles with each shipment (just be sure to use the same email address at checkout). So if you'd like to place a one-time order every few months or you received one of our gift boxes and want to place an order for Enlingos deliveries, go ahead — you'll always have new titles waiting for you!
While we try our best we know that we can’t get it right every time and appreciate your feedback on books to make the experience and the selection even better. If you don’t like your box, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll send you a return label that you can use to ship back all the books in the box for a full refund minus returning shipping charges. For the refund you must return all the books and they must be in mint condition. Contact us at email@example.com to start your return process.
If you don’t like one of the books you received or if you already have that book (we try to send undiscovered treasures but duplicates can happen), just write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers can receive a $5 credit to their account or a refund if a book is shipped back minus any restocking and shipping costs. Unfortunately at this time we cannot guarantee or offer any exchanges.
That’s easy! Just log in to your account and go to "Manage Subscriptions." There you can update your address information by the 5th of the month so that your shipment is able to go out in time.
Is it past the 5th? Don’t worry, just contact us at email@example.com and let us know of your change of address request ASAP before the 13th of the month. We’ll be able to make that update and flag your order so that the shipping label has your new address.
That’s no problem. Update your information or request a cancelation by logging into your account and selecting “cancel my subscription” by going to "Manage Subscriptions." Remember, any cancelations must be received by the 5th of the month so you won’t be charged and shipped for the box shipped on the 15th.
For all orders, placed before the 10th of the month, your box will ship on the 15th of the month (if the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, boxes will ship the following business day). You will receive the tracking number once your box has shipped. Boxes will reach their destination within 6-9 business days once it’s shipped. Orders placed after the 10th of the month will be charged on the 5th and shipped on the 15th of the following month.
For subscription orders, you will be charged on the 5th of the month and your box will be shipped on the 15th of each month (if the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, boxes will ship the following business day). From there, allow boxes 6-9 business days to reach their destination.
All our boxes are shipped via USPS media mail to keep the cost of the boxes low for our customers.
